First time to cook scallops...nervous indeed.
Holding these sticky soft little things, I remember those scenes in the show Hell's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey. Every time when I see him shouting 'Scallops! Raw! Raw! Raw!' at people and then just throw the scallops away, my heart hurts.
Luckily, my scallops don't let me down.
With the sweet flavour of orange and soft taste, my heart is full of joy.
